Residential Bowling Trip To Dorset Bowls Resort 2026
Fifty two of our members enjoyed our recent bowling break at the Dorset Resort. We bowled alongside members from two other clubs, only one of which we had met before. The games were friendly and played in good spirit and West End dominated the tournament yet again, winning first, second and third place. On the downside there was a record number of wrong biases; one of our members was seen bowling three wrong biases. He was also part of the winning team!
The final was particularly exciting with the result resting on 1 shot.
I have now retired from organising our trips, but Steve Bone has agreed to take over and has made a provisional booking for next year. He will be issuing the details and taking bookings shortly.
